The Syed Residence transforms a 1980s house into a modern two-story home with a full basement, three-car garage, and porte-cochere. White brick and clean hip roofs define a crisp profile, while a detached garage, pool, cabana, and play area activate the half-acre site.

dl-Design Studio guided the family through multiple design iterations and 3D models, merging elements from three preferred house styles into a cohesive composition. Unique civil engineering solutions were implemented to meet stormwater requirements. Every detail—from materials to landscaping and spatial flow—was carefully considered to harmonize indoor and outdoor living while responding to the evolving Ridge Road neighborhood.
