Create an open concept living & entertainment space by removing the main load bearing wall and expanding living and dining into the porch. Create ample amounts of day-lighting with new skylights and large glass window wall. Vault the standard 8 foot ceilings and add multiple skylights large timber beam structural details.
Renovation also includes new modern vertical lap-siding & new slimline modern windows.
